Synoptic Chart
A high pressure over central new Zealand. A weak Trough near northern Islands. Another high pressure near south Australia Tomorrow evening.

 

Satellite Images
Based on the latest (IR) satellite imagery, which includes a six-hour loop indicates few to broken low to mid level clouds over the group. Few CB clouds visible over parts of the northern and central islands. Latest METAR and Synoptic observations correlate with the current satellite imagery.

 

Models
The current high is moving away from central new Zealand tomorrow night. The high pressure currently near south Australia will moves towards south Australia Tuesday of this week. It will remain as such till Friday. A trough will be active near north islands most of this week.

 

Outlook for the next 7 days
Cloudy condition with showers, rain and thunder over the Northern and Central islands elsewhere Partly cloudy with brief showers expected.Similar weather is expected Tomorrow. Isolated showers of rain over the group on Wednesday and Thursday but will push towards the Northern Islands again, leaving partly cloudy to fine weather with possible brief showers over the group is forecast for the next weekend.Light, Moderate to Fresh East and Southeasterly winds expected throughout Vanuatu group.Maximum temperatures for today range from 29°C down south to 33°C up north.
Minimum temperatures for tonight range from 21°C down south to 25°C up north.
