El Nino Southern Oscillation  ENSO Outlook is currently in Neutral. Sea surface temperature in the central Pacific is at ENSO neutral levels, however the dial still remain in La Nina Watch because the atmospheric indicators such as air pressure, cloud and trade winds have been move to La Nina-like in the past few weeks.

Rainfall  Likely above normal rainfall with 50-70% chance is expected over the country in November 2024. Forecast confidence will be 50-70% over northern region, 60% for central region and 60-70% chance for Southern region.
